TipGeek is a personal income tracker for service industry workers, operated by Olivas Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We take your privacy seriously and only collect what is necessary to make the app work.

This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Information We Collect

When you create an account and use TipGeek, we collect:

• Email address — used to create and identify your account
• Password — stored securely and never visible to us
• Earnings data — dates, job roles, cash tips, card tips, and paychecks you log in the app
• Jobs data — job names and associated roles you create in the app

We do not collect your name, phone number, location, contacts, or any other personal information.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the TipGeek service:

• To authenticate you and keep your account secure
• To sync your shift logs across devices
• To display your earnings history and statistics within the app

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or analytics purposes.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Supabase's privacy policy can be found at supabase.com/privacy.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated shift data and personal information will be permanently removed from our systems.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data associated with your account
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export your income history (via the CSV export feature, available with TipGeek Pro)

Children's Privacy

TipGeek is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
