Agreement
These Terms of Service are provided by Olivas Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using TipGeek, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of the App
TipGeek is a personal income tracking tool for service industry workers. You may use it only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the app
- Use the app in any way that could damage or overburden our systems
- Create accounts for others without their consent
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions
TipGeek Pro is available as a monthly ($1.99/month) or annual ($11.99/year) subscription. Subscriptions are processed through Apple and are subject to Apple's Terms of Sale.
The annual plan includes a 1-month free trial for new subscribers. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID.
Your Data
You own the data you enter into TipGeek. We do not claim any rights over your earnings data or job information. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is stored and handled.
Disclaimer
TipGeek is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
TipGeek is not a financial, tax, or legal advisor. Any data displayed in the app is for personal tracking purposes only.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olivas Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or loss of data.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
